Kitchen cabinet services across KL and Selangor
We design, manufacture, and install custom kitchens, wardrobes, and built-in furniture across Kuala Lumpur and the wider Selangor corridor. The pages below summarise local considerations — typical home layouts, access constraints, and project patterns — so you can compare your own project against the most relevant precedent.
All projects are quoted and managed from our TTDI showroom regardless of location. Travel, on-site measurement, and installation are bundled into your quote with no separate delivery surcharge within the Klang Valley.
Why we list service areas at all
Most cabinet contractors will tell you they "serve the whole Klang Valley." That is technically true but practically useless — a Puchong landed-home project has different access, drainage, and HOA constraints than a KLCC condo. The pages below capture those constraints so you know what your project will actually require before you book a consultation.
Three patterns come up repeatedly across our service area work:
- Condo work needs elevator booking, loading-bay access windows, and a strict management office (MO) approval cycle. We typically book the lift 2–3 days before delivery.
- Landed-home work allows flexible timing but requires careful floor-protection routing through the front door and the kitchen entrance.
- Wet-zone work (sink base, under-counter storage near plumbing) is the highest-friction area and benefits from aluminium-frame carcasses in humid environments.
Outside the Klang Valley?
For projects in Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, or Johor, we still take on selected work depending on scope and timeline. Travel and accommodation are itemised separately on the quote, and the on-site measurement is usually combined with a site visit to the showroom. Message us with your project location and rough scope, and we will tell you within two business days whether the project fits our current schedule.
How location affects your quote
The cabinet itself is identical pricing regardless of where you live in the Klang Valley — our factory-direct model means the material, hardware, and labour cost is the same. What changes by location is the surrounding logistics and access constraints, which we itemise separately so you can see exactly what each line covers.
Three line items on every quote that vary by location:
- Travel and on-site measurement. Within the Klang Valley this is bundled. Outside, it is itemised as a fixed travel day plus accommodation if the project requires more than one on-site day.
- Access logistics. Condo projects typically book the lift and the loading bay 2–3 days ahead of delivery. Landed-home projects require floor protection through the home. Both are scheduled as part of the install plan, not as separate charges.
- Material acclimatisation. Plywood needs 48–72 hours to acclimatise to the room humidity before installation. For homes with central air conditioning running year-round this is rarely an issue, but for homes that are empty or under renovation with no climate control, we factor in the acclimatisation time on the project schedule.
Service area boundaries in practice
The Klang Valley boundary we use for bundled pricing follows the standard definition — Kuala Lumpur federal territory plus Selangor districts of Petaling, Klang, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat, Gombak, and Sepang. If you are outside this boundary, please reach out with your specific location and we will quote the travel portion as a fixed line item.
Within the Klang Valley, we run between 4 and 8 active install teams at any given time, scheduled geographically to minimise driving between sites. This means shorter install windows for our customers, but it also means we cannot always promise a specific day more than 4–6 weeks out. If your project is time-sensitive (conveyancing deadline, lease handover, etc.), please flag it at first contact so we can plan the schedule around it.
Choosing your local page
If your project is in one of the eight cities listed below, click through to that page for the local context — typical home types, common renovation patterns, and project references that match the area. If you are between two cities (for example, between Petaling Jaya and Subang), choose the page with the home type closest to yours (condo or landed) rather than the geographic midpoint. The home type drives the access and design considerations more than the exact district line.
Once you have chosen your city, the most useful follow-up reads are the kitchen design service overview, the wardrobe cabinet guide, and — for wet-zone work — the aluminium kitchen cabinet page.
